I love Tasty Pot! It's the same good old taste just like the one in Shoreline; only this one is much much closer to downtown. Recently I even start to feel that Tasty Pot has better quality than Boiling Point, as they have a larger portion and a more consistent flavor. My favorites are Stinky Tofu Hot Soup and the Taiwanese Supreme Spicy Hot Soup. They do still offer take-outs through this COVID-19 quarantine, and it tastes as good as dine-in. So give them a call if you want something different!

My boyfriend and I went there to get hotpot as it just opened a few days ago. I will say it is not bad, but not super delicious. First, we ordered curly fries, but the fries is just regular ones, not curly at all. Second, the broth did not have a lot of flavor. It was just salty. The spiciness, however, was good, which is a plus. Also, the service was very pleasant. The worst thing, I’d say, was the sweet milk with boba that I ordered. The milk taste ok, but the texture of boba was way to hard, not chewy at all! It felt like it was not freshly prepared and had been inside the fridge for a long time. As it just opened, I hope that they will improve.

Middle tier food, bugs in the restaurant when I ordered, and possibly understaffed. New to the area and wanted to try something new but would not recommend here.
