I've had a great experience working with Teleion. With Teleion I have been able to take forward steps on my career, have benefits that also benefit my family, tools to succeed in the professional world. I feel confident when I need to ask questions, every employee is willing to help. The work-life balance here is maintained well. Employees are encouraged to use PTO when it stacks up. I am congratulated at my job. Teleion brings in insurance employees and 401k advisors that you can talk to 1 on 1. Teleion thinks about its employees first and foremost and I can see this in their focus groups which employees are encouraged to attend. Can recommend excellent company 10 out of 10.

I have never left a review for an interview process in my life, but would love to warn others about applying to Teleion as my personal information was given out without my consent. A few days after my screening (which was an odd experience in its own right) I received text messages from a Teleion recruiter that were not meant for me. The texts were addressed to the hiring manager, and they were regarding other candidates for the position I applied for. The day after that I received more misdirected communication. The hiring manager called me seven times, air-raid style, leaving me voicemails directed to what I assume to be a different prospective candidates that had applied for positions at Teleion. Then after that, I started receiving phone calls and voicemails from prospective Teleion candidates to the hiring manager. I did finally reach out to HR so that my personal information would please stop being shared– did not receive an apology nor response. Thankfully the misdirected phone contact finally stopped after weeks of calls and texts to my personal number. Teleion's disorganization is an art form worthy of an exhibit at The MOMA. I would not trust them to retrieve a Starbucks order, much less consult for a Fortune 50. I hope Teleion treats applicant's personal information and processes with some type of professionalism in future. This was a terrible experience, I was made to feel like a ping pong ball. I am very curious as to what actually goes on over there. Quite the odd little company.
Really friendly staff, prompt reply and maintained high professionalism throughout my interaction with them.
Not Impressed. A recruiter from Teleion reached out to me on LinkedIn asking for a time to talk by phone about an opportunity. After scheduling a time, they missed the call and said they had double booked and needed to reschedule. After agreeing to a reschedule, they never responded back through LinkedIn. I followed-up with a call to Teleion and they never returned that call either. When you encounter this level of unprofessionalism, you remember when it comes time to hiring a recruiter to help you fill a position.
Had their in-house recruiter contact me on LinkedIn out of the blue. Wants to talk to me. Great, however he never even follows up on his own suggestion for an appointment. Crappy recruiter usually means crappy company.
Good people's....
