I was billed twice for the same test. The worst is that the supervisor in the billing department tried to push me away, saying it is normal for them to test the samples twice??? Asked to dispute the bill, and of course she never did. Called the second time, the guy i talked with said he would do it, but again he never did. Weeks later got a bill again and this time I was routed to a separate department for handling dispute, finally stopped the same bill from coming. The supervisor in the billing department should get fired, worst customer service i have ever had with a doctor's office.

Overall my experience at Polyclinic has been fine. I've had caring doctors and no problems since I've been going there. In general, I wish nephrologist knew more about how to stop the progress of chronic kidney disease. I had to do my own research to find answers. The parking situation sucks because it's so expensive but that is typical for downtown Seattle. Sometimes there are no spots left in the parking garage during busy times before Covid happened.

The online system called MyChart that Polyclinic uses is completely unreliable and frustrating to use. It is constantly broken, buggy, and makes receiving care at Polyclinic a negative experience. Calling the clinic, you are met with a confusing bureaucratic mess of transfers, automated voice message systems, and multiple incredibly long hold times. There are much better options than Polyclinic. I will say that their providers are pretty good and the labs are fast and convenient. But the quality and value has gone down a lot over the past few years and I anticipate it getting worse. We are looking elsewhere.

I have been a patient of the polyclinic for a long time but I usually go to the Northgate location. I had to bring a friend for a procedure today and I was anxious and frazzled on the way in trying to get them prepared for the appointment. My friend didn't want to get their temperature taken and I was apologizing to the sweet woman trying to get the temperature, her name tag said Tee. She was so understanding and patient with my friend while we were getting pre screened to go into the building. She really helped put me at ease before we went in and helped calm my friend down as well. On our way out she was also very nice and remembered what we talked about on the way in. I really appreciated her attitude and demeanor and she set the tone for a very positive overall experience at the clinic.

One of the worst healthcare provider yet! Horrible experience. Waited for 2 weeks after referral being sent over but still didn't get a phone call for appointment. Called multiple times for follow up but staff is rude and didn't do anything to help. Utterly disappointed and I would go to a more comprehensive medical center like UW or Swedish.
