The Shade Store has great quality products and , professional and responsive service. I worked with Zach who is amazing and so responsive that I could reach out to him by phone or email with my many questions, I emailed pictures of windows locations and colors we were working with. We discussed options, styles and pros and cons. They sent samples that I could select from. They also have website that you can connect to. A professional specialist comes into measure your windows to finalize your order. Your blinds are mailed to your home and a professional installer comes into to install them and we’re flexible on scheduling since our construction was delayed. We went with motorized roller blinds with a valence pthat blend so well with our family room.

We love their products! When we bought a brand new modern townhouse a few years ago, it needed to have custom designed modern roller shades. We weren't looking for an okay shade: we wanted to have really nice shades that we wouldn't regret later and to buy another one. Their products are very beautiful and every guests we had gave us compliments on them. Now, we moved to a new house and needed to have roller shades again. Obviously, we went back to The Shade Store! That's how much we love their products. The clerks, especially Debbie, at the store is very helpful and professional. We highly recommend their products.
I am so happy with The Shade Store. KD Fisko, Zach Ryles and the installation man were all very responsive, kind and helpful. I am super happy with my beautiful roller shades, who knew they made them so well? Also bought cellular shades that are fantastic too! KD just called me to see if all is well; its been three weeks since installation. So nice of her to follow-up. Nice selection (huge), knowledgeable employees and KIND.
Great shades . pricey but if you can afford it go ahead and spend .never cheat yourself. Your face is your moneymaker
We happened upon the Shade Store in Queen Anne just browsing and met Daniel who ended up helping us through the entire process of purchasing window coverings for our remodel. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and had amazing insight on the designs. Our install was completed this weekend and it completely changed our house! We couldn't have made all of the decisions and gotten through the process without Daniel. We couldn't be happier.
