For the past 8 years, I’ve used this laundrymat a couple times a year for large items. I have always found the machines and facilities clean, and the staff very courteous and helpful. The small facility size and full time staff presence makes me feel safe personally, as well as my belongings protected. I’ve never used their personalized laundry service, but I have witnessed the staff doing a good job caring for customer belongings. This will continue to be my neighborhood laundrymat of choice.

Cleanest laundromat I have ever seen and all machines are in good working order. That & the attendant/owner’s attitude (friendly, but not hovering) makes for a very pleasant laundromat experience!
Transformation-Surprise Laundromat is an extremely clean, small place in a quiet Seattle suburb. It is a small business that is run by its owner. The owner and his helper are amiable and helpful. You feel safe inside and can read a local newspaper or listen to music as you wait for your clothes to wash and dry. As an out of towner, I found the prices higher than most laundromats I have patronized. But overall, it was a good service and experience.
