The food here is so good. We've ordered a handful of different noodle dishes and they've all been amazing. The pork belly is super succulent, and the duck is amazing. They always package things very well so it comes home in a clean and tidy manner. We have ordered from them many times and will continue to keep ordering

Flavor explosion! Wow! We have been to several ramen places and although there many in Seattle with excellent food, U:Don takes the lead in the flavor department. Rich variety of dishes and combinations makes this spot a great candidate for repeated visits. We ordered the Salmon Cream and the Miso Kimchi. The Salmon Cream was smooth and the flavor lingered in my pallet long after. The Miso Kimchi was bold and unapologetic about its intensity; the egg was an add on which played wonderfully into the appeal of this awesome ramen. The service was quick and the friendly staff at the counter were happy to make suggestions.
I almost never write reviews but the takeout I just got from here was too amazing not to. I ordered the spicy miso kimchi udon and made it pescatarian with tofu instead of meat. The broth was fantastic, with lots of spice and rich umami flavor. The noodles were delicious, and the tofu was among the best tofu I’ve ever eaten. I highly recommend this spot!!
Best UDON in Sea I've had. Try the pork belly or duck breast as an add on!
