If you want the job done right... Gloria Solis is the one to seek. Ms./Mrs. Solis rectified all problems that I had experience. She promptly addressed my concerns & expressed empathy. Gloria Solis is a upstanding employee & representation of professionalism. I would be careful of... Keiko Arakane, she’s the worst employee Union Bank could ever have. I tried to apply for a 300.00 secure credit card & she denied services to me. Keiko refused to schedule an appointment with me because I did not have a full understanding of Union Bank secure credit card program. She said she was going to email me a link with information about the program but I never received the email. Keiko stated I would need a minimum of 600.00 to open up the account. *When in all reality... I only needed 300.00 to open up a secure credit card.
Great location, helpful staff. Google hours are listed incorrectly. The hour are Monday-Friday 9-5. This lists them as open Saturday.
The manager was very helpful when I had an issue. I've never had a bad experience with Union Bank
I want to speak with someone at the Union Bank and that does not seem to be possible. Only phone codes? I need to talk to you about a wire transfer by phone. I do not like service when I cannot talk to a person. I am in business and I need information now!!!!!
