I think they are a joke. It's very that I must pay to work at century Link field and T-Mobile park. But to add insult to ingury I am the one who's doing the most when I have an issue with the employer. I speak with a rep send what information they have asked for then I hear nothing unless I contact them. Then when I do I get the same old runaround. Now 5 months later still no word from the rep Cindy Richardson. I look on their website and there is nowhere to file a complaint about there sevice. I call the office and the person answering the phone is more than rude. I shouldn't have to argue. Why do I have to pay 60 a month for garbage representation.

If your part of this union. Don’t bother even calling them. They don’t seem to ever get back to you. They truly suck.
Would give negative stars if possible. Too busy trying to recruit other businesses than help current members. Composes bargaining agreements that aren't thourough enough to provide real protection. They are deceitful and just want your money. Total scam!
Violated my coworkers and I privacy by harassing us at our homes and with constant calls and convincing people to sign something they didn’t understand. Continues to send people to harass us even though they won our other campuses over during our service periods. Can’t believe these people think they are here for us when they have done nothing but make our lives miserable since they came. The person that called them was a bad worker who left the company because she believed that she deserved more than she had earned. She then left us to deal with this horrible mess. I am very close to parting with my company of 3 years because of this gross treatment. I am pro union where it matters. When line cooks are being paid 20/an hour with full benefits and paid holidays and additional supplemental income provided by our employer totally nearly 400 per month, we don’t need to be saved from unfair practices and bad wages. They don’t exist here.
I pay a lot for the union services, yet they are impossible to reach, mailbox is full, representative won't answer the phone... Way to go. I'll change my review when I ACTUALLY get HELP.
