I give two stars because the regular driver is consistent. Other than that it has been a bad experience with this company after almost three years of weekly service. The price has gone up 4 times in the last year. They have double billed me numerous times. They have missed probably 10 or more service dates and have never offered anything to make up for it. Generally not trustworthy in the billing department. I am done doing business with them.
If i could give 0 stars i would, it seems like they have quite a lot of trouble coming out to clean your port a potties but have no problem taking your money.
Teresa and United Site Services have really kept up with the demanding needs of our busy job site. I appreciate the quick responses to correspondence, and the professionalism of the primary unit cleaner--Jorge. He comes on Mondays and Thursdays, and he is thorough and happy to accommodate our needs as they change. With 16 units on site, he kept them in good shape, with all the necessary requirements (pump alcohol station, seat covers, toilet paper, and a clean appearance). I would recommend United Site Services to my peers in the construction industry.
My firm has been a client of United Site Services for years. The person-to-person sales knowledge, product fit, timely set-up and service, and beyond all else, FOLLOW UP from Teresa Brown is exemplary. Oh, they're usually the best value, too.
