The lady administrator at the lobby was shockingly rude . She treated my delicate issue with complete disrespect and I really had to press hard for her to get me an appointment. Will never stop at this clinic again

I only come here to see the physical therapist Hilary Pentz. She is incredibly talented and I will continue to follow her all over the City. I recommend all of my friends to see her and she has a huge following because what she does works wonders!

I had an injury on March 13, 2019. I was in crosswalk in lower Queen Anne and a car hit me. Broken humorous was assessed, upper left arm. Specialist recommended physical therapy for healing and improved movement. Then, I found ‘‘tis place by the Ballard bridge, very convenient in public transit. I’ve never done PT, didn’t know what expect, but DPT Dustin Blevins, along with the assistance of Makenzi, PTA, listened to my concerns and established a course of therapy to improve my left shoulder/upper arm. I must say, without exaggeration, I feel improved each session I do with them. I’m never really pushed much beyond my limits, which could create some problems. In essence, The Team of Dustin and Mckenzi is indeed the best! Just make sure you ask for dr Blevins as they have another Dustin.

Amazing Staff at this location! From my first call to schedule, Tenieka was extremely helpful, kind, caring. Wow, a great first impression. She got me scheduled with the therapist I requested and made sure I had future appointments scheduled. Dustin Blevins, Physical Therapist was also very kind, knowledgeable, caring, understanding, helpful. He does great hands on therapy. Makenzi, PT Aide, who worked with Dustin to help me was also great! I highly recommend Dustin and this location for any PT needs you may have. Free onsite parking. Great, bright, busy therapy center. Large windows.
