Wonderful patient experience. Woke up Sunday with a symptom. Easily scheduled an appointment online for later that morning at 9am. Arrived at 850a to pleasant reception staff. Roomed promptly at 9. Less than 5 mins later was seen by friendly and professional MA and provider. Provider was knowledgeable and courteous. Symptom was appropriately treated and was out the door within 30 mins. Clean and modern facilities. Disclosure: I am an employee at UWMC-Montlake campus.

Went there just for a referral to specialist ( because they made me ) and got the feeling that I was at a sleazy car dealer endless attempts at upsell for services and test I didn't ask for. And zero to no interest in the problem I was presenting, my provider seemed more concerned that my chart hadn't been updated in several years. ( Because I had stopped using the UW as my medical provider due to lousy service , and repeated duplicate billing . ) There's a reason I go to a non UW primary care provider now.

They shouldn't call their self urgent care. They can not even do a x ray at 5 o clock in the afternoon

Doctors were friendly. Clean environment. Short wait time (almost no wait at all). Reception could have been friendlier, but overall experience was good.
