This is an absolute HORRIBLE place! No service. They do not take care of their patients. Went to Urgent Care clinic for a serious tooth problem. Tooth needs to be extracted, but would not do it. Said to schedule an graduate appointment, but it would take two weeks. But they never called back, will not answer the phone, and have not scheduled emergency work. Tried to call, spending long periods in phone maze. Patient is suffering horribly, and they will do NOTHING! What is this - soviet Russia?!

I was really disappointed. I guess I should have checked the reviews before going to the University dental School. I never saw anyone who was supervising the students. But I had a bad feeling on my second time there because the lady who was helping me was obviously a gossiper and spent most of her time talking to someone else. And there were spiders crawling on the window. She did a cavity filling on a tooth and recently with my last appointment the young man who worked on me said the same tooth had another cavity. That was probably labout 2 months ago that she filled the cavity on the same tooth. Then the company who the university sends the partials to to be built sent it back and said it was finished. It was not supposed to be the final finish and had two bad spaces between my teeth and the partials, so one more visit after that was the last visit was when I should have been able to wear it home and pay the balance This visit the window was open and broken and the sun was direcrly in my eyes until the student took pity on me and gave me sunglasses. I refused to take the partials because, the teeth didn't fit well and looked awful with a gap between my front teeth and the partials. I've seen how much they charge the students, so I cannot imagine why they couldn't clean the windows, fix them and find a better place to make the partials. I hope they will come through after everything is finally done. I'm 75 and only lost my teeth because I have a rare disease, and 3, 000 is quite a lot of money for me.

I don't recommend this dental school to my worst enemy! Horrible customer service in person and over the phone that they barely pick up, but it's a dental school not a private dentistry so they can get away with that but been this disorganized is other matter. The treatment OMG horrible she keeps playing with my tooth while I'm suffering unimaginable pain infecting my gum and the teacher doesn't care either oh it's fine! The worst part after going thru all that pain during treatment and 3 weeks after treatment the result was messed up that I had to go to private dentist and pay again full price to fix it. The new dentist made sure to numb my gum and extracted my tooth and cause of the horrible treatment I gotten initially at UW dental school I had infection and had to take strong antibiotics for 7 days 4 times a day which caused another internal problems with my stomach and just wellbeing! Go anywhere but here southern states, Mexico or payment plan most private dentist have some type of payment plan hell just pull it out yourself anything is better than going to this dental school. If you're reading this and you haven't been seen by them be happy, but you have been seen by them make sure it's not infected or messed up! STAY AWAY DON'T SAY YOU HAVE NOT BEEN WARNED!

I just had a tooth extraction and it was the WORST. The students who took out my tooth kept second guessing themselves OUT LOUD so I felt super uncomfortable. They talked the entire time about what they had for lunch and what teachers they liked the best. One of them held my mouth open and split the side of my mouth. I'm never coming here again.

There is a little detour to get to the college you walk up the ramp from the triangle garage walk past the main entrance and follow all the signs that say all dental college entrance it takes you all the way down to the college. I was very impressed they're very nice and very professional and I will look forward to being treated by them
