Beware: there are serious plumbing problems at Vine Court Apartments causing floods in multiple units. Bellwether Housing forced me to wash dishes in the bathtub for over one month. Their maintenance department is not responsive causing pending issues to become worse. When maintenance finally does arrive, expect 3 appointments trying to fix the same problems that lead to third party expertise. The entire roof of this building is being replaced for apparently over a year now. The extensive, heavy duty roofing is 7 am - 4 pm Monday through Friday. There were machines running 24/7 for months. There were roof leaks in multiple units. This building smells bad. The washers and dryers in the laundry rooms are broken on a regular basis. Electrical outlets at Vine Court are not even functional. There are no window screens even if you have a pet. On top of it all, there is threatening language on premises and management carelessly misplaced important documentation. Spare yourself and select a different property management company where you can live peacefully in proper conditions. The Bellwether Housing employees were not apologetic or empathetic, and cared less about me as a person. Run, just run.
