The Doctors and staff are always so friendly and helpful. I have been for routine visits and for freak out moments that were just turned out to be a stye. And the staff to help pick out glasses, set up appointments or bill insurance are delightful to talk to and work with.

This was my first time coming into the office and it was wonderfully quick and easy. My doctor was very pleasant and explained every step of the examination! I was late to my appointment and was very thankful they were able to accommodate me! I was also thankful they had the options of taking pictures of my eyes (to skip diluting) and other technology that replaced the traditional test that puffs air at you. Also, they have taken the appropriate steps to mitigate COVID exposure and I felt very comfortable throughout my entire exam.

I have been seeing Dr. Pyle for several years for eye exams. His office staff are always courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Pyle is very competent and kind. I would highly recommend his office!

What a disaster! Been poor service for awhile, but finally had enough. Had to visit 3 times to order glasses because of their incompetence. Still hadn't managed to collect my glasses nearly 4 weeks later. During that time I have tried to call 5 times and the phone has never been answered. Finally gave up and went to Ballard Optical down the street where I received much better service.

Their tech is sub par, i went in for contacts and they don't fit you first, first they randomly order contacts and if they don't fit, they reorder. Nobody knew the price for the lenses, they all looked at each other as if i was the first person to ever ask the price. By the way the price for a pair is 250...its a solid rip off... you can find a better price almost anywhere. The doctor wouldn't give me my prescription for the contact lenses... very unprofessional office. Very small selection of glasses, looks like they don't care about style and just order randomly to fill the shelf. You will find it easy to book an appointment, and the doctor is nice... but I still wouldn't go back.
