Recently bought some new blinds for a room I was fixing up. I picked some white pleated ones with the top down/bottom up feature. I splurged a little and chose the motorized version. It can be operated by a button on the unit or by a remote control. I tend to leave the top down most of the time, about 8 inches. Lets in light and still has privacy. I like how it looks from the outside too. Worked with Amy, she was great. I’m so glad I picked these, they are terrific!

Superior Customer Service and Highest Quality Product from Local Company
We were dealing with a room full of old, cheap blinds and shades at the end of their life and I'm glad I found these folks. Although they cost more, the quality of the blinds/shades themselves is head and shoulders above what's available at DIY retail. This was immediately apparent as soon as the installation was complete. At every point of contact (initial trip to showroom, home measurements, email exchanges, installation) every single person we dealt with in the process was really nice, skilled in their role, and had an excellent customer focus. Will definitely use them again if the need arises. Strong recommend!
We had shades installed by Wessco today. So very happy we chose this company. Professional and quick process from beginning to installation. The employee that did the install was so amazing. Don’t waste your time with another company, support this family owned business. You won’t be sorry!
Overall, wish we went with a different company. They weren’t very helpful in choosing blinds and explaining the different variations, they wouldn’t give us updates on what day or even week they were coming to install our blinds after paying 5000 for a one bedroom place, and we ended up with motorized blinds that won’t go up and down at the same time. People buy motorized blinds to impress people - but it’s not very impressive to see them all go at different speeds. They’ve contacted hunter Douglas and seemingly given up. Every time I ask for an update, they just give a very half hearted answer that nothing can be done. So how did all my neighbors end up with nice motorized blinds that go up at the same time if it’s impossible? This company won’t email you with updates or anything unless you spam them. Giving an extra star because the installation guy was nice and did a good job.
