I hired Windorco to replace 11 old wood and aluminum windows in a 1940s home with vinyl. The order process is old-school and pretty much done by phone. Greg and Jeff were friendly, knowledgable, and open to indulging my many questions as a customer who didn't know a lot about replacement window options or brands. Prices were very fair compared to the quotes I received. You will happily not pay a premium for tv commercial marketing or extensive overhead. But at the end of the day, the most important thing is the quality of the product and installation. The windows, PlyGem, are great - a significant improvement over the old, drafty, single pane ones I had. One window had a minor manufacturer defect that the crew, not me, noticed during installation. They later returned to replace the defective piece without me needing to deal with the manufacturer, which was nice. The installation crew had 3 guys, efficient for the number of windows. I'm a perfectionist and I have high standards with the work done on my home. The installation, trimming, and caulking was top notch - it was evident that they took pride in their work. All in all, I'd certainly hire Windorco again should the need arise.

Windorco was wonderful to work with. Jeff came right out, measured our window, and got the order started. He even had it installed before all the cold weather so we weren't freezing! I would highly recommend them.
Jeff and Greg are both wonderful to work with. Greg has got all the background on window manufacturers and is a wealth of knowledge. Jeff came over and measured and assessed very quickly identifying any issues and measuring flawlessly. The turnaround time was better than any other company I called. Installation was professional. The team showed up right on time and worked through over 20 windows and had to rebuild one whole frame. All inside sills and frames were completely unscathed - no scratches, bumps, dents, or scars. All stickers removed and windows cleaned. You cannot tell there is glass there. Oh no... the birds are doomed!
I hired Windorco to replace our 1950s original windows and found the process to be very efficient and a good value. Jeff and his team were responsive and skilled. All 5 windows including a particularly challenging front window were installed within 30 days of order and have made a big improvement in our energy usage. Happy to recommend these folks.
I recently had 3 windows replaced in my condominium unit by Windorco and am very happy with my experience and the result. The installers were efficient, kept the place clean and did a great job installing beautiful windows at a reasonable price. I chose the company (with Jeff Staats as the point of contact) based on the recommendation of our former condominium president who has used Windorco for other buildings he manages and was happy with the result. I'm happy to recommend them and would use them again.
