I am extremely impressed by Scott Wallingford! He went above and beyond to get our Corsair Pulse 600 ready for pickup today. Being a slightly used sailboat and trailer it had some small issues, and Scott happily took care of all of them on the spot to make sure it was in perfect condition for me. I'm an experienced sailer, but this is my first Corsair. Scott spent most of a day showing me how to setup, launch, sail, and then pack this awesome little boat back up on the trailer. His time spent educating us was a huge value add from Wright Yachts! Overall I highly recommend purchasing a boat from Wright Yachts, they will take care of you!

Scott sold me a 1985 Pearson 303 sailboat. He is very knowledgeable and very willing to share what he knows. I wanted a survey, which Scott helped facilitate, he came along on the sea trial, and arranged for the haul out. Lastly, he helped me skipper the boat from Shilshole to my moorage on lake Washington. I could not have been happier with his skills and service.
Scott helped us sell our Hunter 350 sailboat. He was simply an excellent broker. We live near Seattle. In addition to selling our boat, we also were purchasing another boat in Vancouver. He facilitated both transactions seamlessly. He personally took very nice photos of our boat and advertised it extensively on all the important websites. Because our own boat sold quickly, we were able to purchase the second boat using our boat as a trade in saving us a good deal of money on taxes. On one occasion Scott drove all the way to Vancouver to meet me and go over the Canadian boat we planned on purchasing. He was all over the boat looking it over with his knowledgeable eyes suggesting things that needed to be corrected prior to purchase. He also helped with the sea trial, and because he is a very accomplished sailor himself, he pointed out important aspects of the used boat we were about to purchase. All in all, Scott is a hardworking and honest broker with whom it was a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend him.
Rob went the extra mile with me in my search for a sailboat. He was thoroughly knowledgeable and always willing to crawl through yet another boat and help to evaluate it. I appreciate his honesty, candor and positive energy which were always present. We looked at a lot of boats together both in person and virtually. Rob has integrity. He made the survey process and purchase process smooth and stress free. He negotiated effectively on my behalf. I am more than satisfied with Rob's service, with the boat that I bought and with the price that I paid. Scott, who works with Rob, was able to find and negotiate a boat transport deal that was less than half of the price that I had been quoted. And when damage was done during transport to the forward hatch, Scott negotiated compensation from the boatyard that had packed up the boat for transport. I am extremely satisfied.
My wife and I met Rob when we looked at a sailboat he had listed at Lake Washington. That boat was not the one for us and we took a pause on our search for about six months. Rob kept in touch with us but was never pushy. When he found the perfect boat for us (a Beneteau 47'), we got a chance to see him kick into high gear. He proved to be an excellent negotiator and a wealth of technical knowledge. When we completed our purchase he helped us find a great marina, sail our boat to it and offered multiple follow-up skill-building opportunities. Rob is truly a professional yacht broker and a heck of a nice guy. We feel lucky to have met him and can recommend him without reservation.
