Absolutely delicious, I came here 2 days in a row during my vacation because I had the craving before my flight home. We took it to Lake Union for a quick picnic and enjoyed every moment of it. This is definitely way better quality than most restaurants and is something I'm going to miss until I move to Washington.

Everyone's been raving about this place and reviews are good, especially at the U District shop - but I wasn't impressed or satisfied with the meal. Everything was slathered and dripping in oil. Frankly, it was gross. They are known for their hand-torn noodles, but they are just noodles. We had the tingly beef, cumin lamb, and mushrooms. Other reviews mentioned the generous portion of beef and lamb... I absolutely disagree. There were a few small shredded pieces of meat in the noodle bowl and that was it. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because of the mushrooms, which were an absolutely necessary flavor and texture break from the oily noodles.

The pork burger lacked in both flavour and juice. The burger buns also weren't as flaky as they should've been. The noodles were okay but portions were small. The consistency of the cold noodles weren't smooth.

Wow unexpectedly amazing flavor for a place at Westlake mall. Dishes are very oily but tasty

Ordered Beef Biang Noodles for 12.11 with tax. They were really tasty. Noodles were big and wide rice noodles, the best kind. Dish could have used more meat but the flavors were wonderful. Also, they need to get bigger soup spoons... Will be trying everything on the menu. Lots of seating.

It’s ok. I appreciate another Chinese addition to downtown. The noodles didn’t have much of a bite that I’m used too. It wasn’t as spicy as I thought it would be but there’s a Sauce bar so I could add more sauce. It was kind of one note, but I’d give it another shot.
