Zegrahm takes care of their guests like no other expedition company I've every traveled with before. I have been on more than 5 trips with them and will continue to come back every year. The quality of their staff and accommodations are incomparable and you truly feel like you're being taken care of every step of the way. The expeditions are exciting and informative all in one. I couldn't recommend their company and their trips enough.

For a high-end, expensive co., Zegrahm lacks safety & comfort in its vintage vessels. On a recent, expensive trip to Falklands, So. Georgia & Antarctica, we missed the entire west coast of Antarctica (4 days) because the ship's propellers were malfunctioning, which they knew at outset. Result, sites visited late in day (bad for photography) or in the dark, or missed. Compensation provided was for future trip credit, or Zegrahm making more money; compensation should not be dependent on future booking. Cash compensation - a paltry 10%. Interior of ship in dire need of repair & updating. Recommend Natl. Geographic which allows more time on the ground, has new ships.
