My puppy, Addie, and I LOVE Zoom Room. The class sizes were great and made me feel comfortable with COVID precautions. I absolutely loved how flexible you could be with scheduling to work for your schedule as opposed to going every week at the same time (which you can still do if you want). The training helped me set up a great foundation with my puppy. We started going weekly when she was 10 weeks old, and I am so grateful we did. She knows so many life-saving and actual life applying tricks. They really trained the owners more than the dogs. The staff kept up on vaccination records for classes, which made me feel comfortable knowing my vulnerable puppy is safe just like all the other dogs! Initially, I was a little intimidated by the clicker training, but found it to be an asset in and out of zoom room. I love how they also offer puppy play time and help answer any questions. They are also super stocked on toys, treats, and other useful dog items and the friendly staff is happy to answer any questions.

Great courses for dogs of all ages and skills. We took our 2.5 year old corgi for a few obedience and agility courses. The obedience courses helped us correct some of his bad habits and learn how to prevent them in public. The agility courses were a great way to keep his mind sharp and run off that energy during rainy months. We worked mostly with Melissa--super kind, helpful and understanding. Highly recommend the Zoom Room. Oh! They also sell really nice treats and other dog goodies.
I really like the Zoom Room for their class size and their flexible schedule. Everything is a one off class so you can pick and choose the times that work for you instead of having to commit to a specific day and time. This was especially great when we first got our pup and needed to get her as much socializing as we could, but our schedules were weird. The small class sizes and covid protocols are great, they work hard to make it safe for us and our pups. Puppy play time is really a nice option, though they are very busy now and you do have to plan ahead for certain classes.
We’ve been going to Zoom room for our puppy preschool followed by obedience 1 now that Banjo is 8 months old. We are moving onto Obedience 2 and Banjo loves going to his classes. He has so much fun that he recognizes the route we drive there and about 10min away he starts to get SUPER excited in the car. The trainers and so patient, knowledgeable, and fun. They change up the class content regularly and it works! Scheduling is easy and can be done online which I love!
Throughout our time coming to Zoom Room, we have had the pleasure of taking numerous classes from the wonderful trainers here. From Puppy Preschool to multiple levels of Agility, and from Tricks to Canine Good Citizen training, the people here have done an amazing job of teaching us how to work best with our dogs on an individual level. With two Jack Russel Terriers—one is six months old, and the other is coming up on two years—I don't know what we would do without the support of the trainers at Zoom Room. Both of our dogs are obviously high-energy, and the training we have received here has helped us to keep that energy directed toward a positive outlet. While I sometimes feel like it would be lovely to have \perfectly behaved\ dogs, our dogs oftentimes have different ideas. The entire staff here has been helpful in making sure that we have the tools, information, and support to help address any issues that have come up though. I have nothing but praise for this location and the people behind it.
