Paid my November bill, 20 days before due date. Just got December's bill. And was greeted with a double charge, saying I never paid. Thank goodness I keep all my receipts. Be careful with them. They're very sneaky. If you can go somewhere else for services. I'd go somewhere else.

Moved to Kerman recently and I’m so unsatisfied with the customer service of this location. We set up a day to get internet installed. When the technician arrived he informed us that we would have to dig a trench for the wires to be run. No problem but it wasn’t easy so we asked if they provided a service to dig the trench and the tech said yes but it was “expensive” First of all how does he know what’s expensive to me? I felt very judged and immediately canceled my service I didn’t even get the set up just canceled and got my money back. I thought if this is the kind of customer service I receive now then what am I to hope for as as a future customer. I decided to go with another company they came out no problem installed my internet without an issue. They took my money and now I am their customer. I guess Sebastian doesn’t like money or helping it’s potential customers. I will pass this on to other people so it doesn’t happen to them.

Horrible internet. Constantly drops throughout the day for hours. The only option seems to be upgrading to a higher and higher package to "fix". Like an idiot with no options I upgraded and the exact same thing happens, not even getting advertised speeds. The only option we have for internet and we are being taken advantage of plain and simple.

Secretary thinks she's a technician, said that my internet doesn't work because it's not meant to shop online... after talking down to me she gives me a new router but no password.

Sebastian is horribly overpriced, I pay 85 (after a 10 rate hike I wasn't notified about) a month for 10mb down. I could pay less than 40 with another provider. Most places Sebastian services they are the only service provider so they screw there customers with high prices. Service is always much slower then the speed advertised. Please do yourself a favor and look for another provider, I will be happy one I move to never have to be a customer with this company again.

So unreliable and useless at times. The only reason we are still with it is because there are no other service providers.
