We have heard nothing but negitive about west Central I just heard about another unhappy customer . I went in there to inquire about the different plans and prices __ oh no we need to pull a full credit report etc. Etc . And then depending on your rating , then they decide how much to charge you . We had the equipment in the house we had purchased and I believe they said , there still would be a huge fee to get it hooked up etc. I have heard of many people having issues .. I recommend steer clear of them . Unless of course they change there ways . Hot spots work just fine and I DONT like monoplolies

with i could give a zero score! horrible customer service - i didn't get the last bill and before i got the next months bill they cut the service. and then blamed the mail service. but no explanation for cutting service in less than a month and customer service doesn't care at all. they just called back and rudely said i had to return the modem or they will charge 155. i'd rather pay the money and throw it away than take time off work to return something of theirs. verizon wireless internet never looked so good!

They are a technologically far superior and advanced telephone company compared to bigger city companies. Great customer service to boot!

They have a monopoly and abuse it. Over-charge for basic services and equipment. People talk to you like you're an idiot. If you don't like it, you either have to move, get satellite, or cell data service. Don't provide the services you pay for and basically tell you \too bad\ if you complain. Set appointments up and don't show. Bottom line: they don't care and it shows.
