Was there to pick up a load for wedlock Mississauga. Checked in with the scale house and the security officer asked for a pu number. Provided whatever i had and she rejected all. Waited for 3 hours and after the shift change I was allowed to walk into the shipping office. Realized the security officer didn’t contact the shipping office all this while i was waiting coz the shipping office didn’t require a pu number for the load i had to pick up. A little negligence by the scale house costed me 4 hours in all. Was loaded quick after that. Hopefully it was one off situation. Portable washrooms only.
