Me and my husband did not know they offered a military discount of 15% off each item with the coupon included and we spent quite a bit of money for our Christmas decor .. long story short one of the cashiers who has been the for 12 years took the time to hand type in each item for a return and then put it all back in to give my husband the respect of his military discount. I just want to thank her so very much for the time she took to acknowledge our military veterans ..she was absolutely pleasant the entire way and also had me smiling I also want to thank the young lady who helped her ring it all back in and offered me to have it refunded on the gift card instead of waiting days on days for the bank you ladies are a treasure to Michaels craft store . They had the materials in stock for my project and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Every register was staffed and even though they were busy the check out went quickly.
Plenty of parking. Easy ingress and regress. Store was well stocked and clean. Found what we needed expediently and checked out efficiently. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score. Will return at some point in the future.
Sales associate was very friendly and helpful in helping my mom find a wreath and answer questions. You could tell she loves her job and people.
