All of the people at Alexander's Computer services have been marvelous for me, a senior citizen, in my technology learning pathway. I really couldn't ask for more. There have been times with my old computer, the selection and purchase of this new one and the operation of this Asus when I know they all went over the top for me, spending way more hours at little or no cost trying desperately to show me how or fixing it for me. Dean, Chris & Cindy are GREAT! They helped out when my son's computer got a virus from a homework site. They were able to quickly fix the problem. When his computer started to slow down they were able to talk him thru a few things to do. Wonderful service to work with.

Alexander Computer Service to the rescue! I absolutely rely on my computer for work and volunteer services and no matter the problem that I usually create, the great team at ACS has bailed me out! They are efficient, reliable and run the business with integrity, giving honor to God. (and I'd honestly say this even if the boss-man wasn't my brother!)
My daughter was told (last minute) that she needed a laptop for work. We bought a refurbished unit from ACS and never had a problem with it. Since then, we bought a refurbished desktop unit. We've had the units for over 2 years with no issues. ACS is an honorable company and stands by their products and services. Very pleasant people.
