Worst management ever seen, not even worth 1 star. After paying the application fee and security deposit 2 months in advance to reserve a unit, and 2 days before the moving date, they say they couldn't give me the unit I asked for. I almost felt homeless for a while. Despite their fault & carelessness, now they say they cannot refund application fee. What a waste of my time, my money & my effort. I don't recommend this community to anyone who wants peace of mind.

This place is a scam. They make you put up 500.00 before you sign lease. They say for paint,etc.? Why would anyone pay that? They don’t even let you see the place your renting, and don’t call you til they actually know you have a place. Stay away!

I have been staying here since 2 years and my experience is very bad so far. There was a big hole in the kitchen through which rats were coming and it was as it is till we move in. When we raised maintenance request it was found and closed but still there are lot of holes in the hall and through which rat comes and goes. We are having isswith roaches as well since 6 months. Raised 3 request and in final attempt it was fixed ok but still roaches are there. Kitchen sync gets chocked every now and then but maintainace team fixed it temporary and they don't have any good solution. I would request others to find out better apartment if you want to live peacefully.
