I brought two pillow-like stuffed animals here simply for mending—both had about 2” of pulling apart at the seams. I was quoted a price of 385, and the quote had included restuffing, which neither needed. I felt that I had been clear about the need, that services were being pushed on me and that the work was way overpriced for the services. I appreciate that this work requires craftsmanship, but as someone who sews, I know this task would take an expert (which I am not) 20 to 30 minutes.

Love the work the girls did on my 30 year old Bambi destined for my grandchild. Thanks so much!!

I'm so grateful Hoboken Girl highlighted this business! I've had this stuffed caterpillar for over 30 years. Its made of thin parachute material I haven't seen around in decades, and it was coming apart. Thankfully, the hospital took care of it and replaced fabric where it needed replacing. Thank you so much for working on my worm

My girlfriend just informed me that she took a teddy bear to get fix a few weeks ago. She previously got this same teddy bear fixed a few months ago by this same place. The teddy bear stitches they put around the stomach didn't last. However, she was shocked that the price of fixing her bear had increased, from 38 to 200. When she decline service, they bought the price down three dollars less to 198 (this is without the washing of the bear.) Unbelievable, I ask her if she was sure that she only paid 38 dollars for the first repair....she then showed me her original reciept of payment. My girlfriend was considering taking the bear back to get it fix because its a childhood bear, but, I informed her they were price gouging. Most likely because of lost of money during quarantine. Please beware of price gouging!!

This is a review that is long over-do. Years ago [December 2014] I travelled to NJ to get my baby named Babyshushut repaired at this place. I have tried to get use to the epairs\, but my baby has been botched. I was so happy unboxing her, but they over stuffed her arm: it isn't right. The hands twist and Babyshushuts' head spins and pops out I haven't slept with her over 3 year now. I miss my baby I am scared to re-repair her after spending 255.40 and not be satisfied with my baby. Also, they placed this cheap wig on her [shaking my head] BOTCHED. In conclusion, the good thing is that she is stuffed. I took pictures when I went. The people were nice. However I am NOT PLEASED with the work this doll hospital provided me.
