We had surprise charges on our CC statement of over 200 TWICE! Why would we pay over 500 for "agent fee's" which cost nearly the same as the flight they were helping us search for? They won't return my calls. Posting this review in hopes this doesnt happen to anyone else.

This is the best service and the best rates that you will get! I was very pleased with the courtesy and patience the representative gave me. Unfortunately I had to cancel my flight unexpectedly due to COVID-19 quarantine restrictions. Not only did I get a full refund on my flight but I also got credit for the booking fee to be used at a later time when I book another flight. I highly recommend this agency for your travel plans. You will be well informed and very pleased with your reservations through FlightOm Travel and Tours.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! We purchased Delta Airline tickets through FlightOM Travel in February 2020 for a family vacation to Cancun which was supposed to take place in April. Unfortunately, COVID19 travel restrictions hit and our flight was canceled. We’ve had numerous back and forth conversations since then with our FlightOM Travel agent (Michael). He continually told us to wait a little longer in hopes to get us our money back but nothing ever materialized. We just received word they’re refusing to reimburse us. Our tickets cost over 2,700. What’s worse is that we’re investigating the situation and know for a fact that Delta reimbursed FlightOM Travel in full. FlightOM Travel is trying to pocket “my” money. This company is fraudulent! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use this company!!!

I have a really bad experience with this agency . I recently purchase a flight ticket and because of the pandemic I have cancel My fight , when I ask for my refund they still charge me for a fee even thou I know delta is not charching cancellation fees because of the pandemic . I try contacting them and they told me i would still get charge . This is the last time I would be a customer for them .really bad customers service !!!
