I really enjoyed my stay at this facility. The staff: Bash, Abby, Nattal, Alisha, Sandra, Isabel, Norma, Gary, Dr. Lee were awesome! They made my 16 days memorable and enjoyable. They were super friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I would definitely go back and do another study with them. Thank you so much guys!!

all the staff members are very polite, attentive and knowledgeable of the studies being run and answer all your questions. The sleeping area where we were placed is a big room somewhat like a military style with beds lined up one after another but your here to participate in a study, not here for vacation... The meals provided were good; we had pizza, wraps, gyros, heroes, etc... The facility overall was clean and neat along with the bathrooms were neat, clean and organized. We were provided with a room that has TV for entertainment but we were also allowed to bring our own things to entertain ourselves if wished to do so. I brought my phone (obviously) and my laptop to watch NetFlix, do some assignments and work from \home\. Wifi was provided there. Lockers were also provided and secured by staff if you want to lock anything valuable up when not in use. Overall, my experience was great, I was comfortable, fed and was able to make some extra money.

Hey, it's Frontage. Not the best pay, not the worst, the food is no longer the worst around and with the move they can now boast an adequate facility. Still no computers or quiet room but I guess it could be worse. The staff is generally able and courteous although, if you've done studies elsewhere expect standard fare disorganization and occasional money woes.

This place is horrible the staff is definitely unprofessional they lie just as one person already posted to say they called when they didn’t. The most part about it is u see no other enthincity of race but Hispanics. So my advice to anyone that is not in that race don’t apply it’s a waste of time. They r racist nd the funny thing my mom brought someone with her that spoke the language Nd translated wat they was saying bout her. I would not recommend a lab rat to do a study here. This place should be closed down. My mom Melissa Jackson went to do the study for diabetes. They r a disgrace. Shut this place down. Only immigrants r allowed no Americans or other race are allowed. Please please don’t apply
