Lasership is notorious for delivering packages to the wrong address. I called to find out where my package was as it said it was delivered ... yea, delivered to wrong address. They tell me they are following up and I should hear back within 2 days otherwise I can contact the seller... WHAT? It’s that easy for them to not be held accountable for their driver’s ineptitude! So they put it back on the customer to do the work. UNACCEPTABLE. How about you ask the driver to retrieve the package from the wrong location it was delivered to and try to deliver it to the correct address. NOT THAT HARD TO DELIVER TO CORRECT ADDRESS. ARE THEY NOT AWARE OF GOOGLE MAPS WHICH TELLS YOU YOU’VE ARRIVED AT THE CORRECT ADDRESS. Yes, we no longer have an excuse for delivering to wrong addresses. THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER. WHY DOES AMAZON USE THEM? Amazon should really reconsider using a different company.

Delivery instructions never followed and lost my package multiple times, customer service calls don’t even work.
LaserShip lost my package. I was unable to contact any operators or customer service reps. Not a reliable company at all.
Terrible I will never order from a company that use this shipping company never again, so frustrating.
