The employees are not friendly. The lines are extremely long. Don’t ever go on a weekend or after work because you will be on line for a minimum of 30/40 minutes. Even the front end assistant or manager was not helpful and he did not provide the proper customer service with my issue. It seems like all they care about is moving the line which is obviously, not working. The employees and managers treat you like they are doing you a favor. It’s truly terrible customer service. The only great thing about this store is the selection. The store is one of the biggest I have seen. I always find plenty of items. It’s not the most organized store but at least you can find what you are looking for.

Wow. 2 people offered to help me. Cashier was super nice. Staff greeted me and cleaned a cart for me. Employee took my cart back to the store. What a great experience. Store looked cleaned. I found what I was looking for too. 5 stars!!!

The checkout lines are too long and no social distancing.. need to increase the number of cashiers or set up self checkout. It is always the same problem at this store. Brick and mortar stores complain no one shops in stores but who wants long lines and a chance to catch COVID-19, need to do better.
