I tried to open a wholesale account here for 38 retail stores and they were very unprofessional during the account creation process, they even went as far as sending me tax paperwork for the wrong state, it has been over a week now and i still do not even have a rep or an account and i have been ignored. i would not do any business with this company.

This is a JOKE of a knife manufacturer. I've seen their products online and reviewed by true knife enthusiasts. Aggressive designs, bright colors, riding on the whole \tactical\ trend, and yet the actual knives are as dull as a plastic spoon, unattractive, garish, and in some cases extremely dangerous as they refuse to lock open. Do NOT buy into this garbage
Have worked with them for years. Everyone has an occasional problem but they always make up for it. Shipping is usually same day and very reasonable. Their merchandise is great from pocket knives to functional katana ( which my customers LOVE)
Master Cutlery had outstanding customer service when calling over the phone. The Sales Reps were able to provide assistance and knowledge of products whenever needed, as well as promptly informing me of when certain items were on sale and potentially out of stock. Their wide variety of products easily trumps all other competitors in the current market, which is probably why they’re still doing such great business. I am certain that I will be calling again and trying to place orders more frequently, as the company always seem to have new products on a weekly/monthly basis!!
My customer service representative, Jervel went way beyond the \call of duty\ to help my company regarding a knife we use to help train individuals in outdoor survival techniques and skills. She is extremely competent, knowledgeable, friendly, and super efficient!! As far as I'm concerned, it was the service after the sale afforded to me by Jervel and Master Cutlery that has made me a loyal customer with this company for a long time into the future!!! You can truly trust this organization to take excellent care of you as a valued customer. Master Cutlery, unlike many other companies in existence, has not forgotten the skill, ability, and essential need to have in-house outstanding customer service!!! I am truly impressed with this company, and its appreciation it shows to its valued customers.
