Dare I say...my refinance experience was super enjoyable!? James made everything so easy! He explained every step in detail, sent timely and explanatory emails (that even included videos to help explain the process!) and answered all of my questions every step of the way via phone and email. James is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the world of finance and seemed very proud of the work he does helping others save money. He got me a GREAT low interest rate and I paid nothing out of pocket! The process was super quick and painless. A notary even came out to my home to complete the closing! No headache, no stress and now my monthly mortgage is hundreds of dollars less thanks to James and his team! I will absolutely be referring James and Secured Funding to anyone looking for a low interest rate and to save money on their new home purchase or refinance!

Todd & his team were extremely helpful throughout my loan process. From the beginning Todd was more than willing to explain different scenarios and how each would affect my mortgage. In addition, Kim & Ryan were very quick to respond to my many emails and were very patient in answering any questions I had. Quality, service, dependability … Todd's work lives up to company's name--Secured Funding. Todd and his group worked together to inspire my confidence in the process of buying a home. He uses his own algorithm to project costs under different scenarios. The cost projections were right on target with the real costs now that I’m in my new home. In other words, what he said I’d need to pay is what I’m paying for my new place. Todd took the time to answer my questions throughout the process and manages to be both a “numbers person” and a “people person.” Todd holds himself to high standards which works well in this detail-oriented process.
