Took a wrecked bike in there to get inspected to check for any major damages such as framework, electrical and mechanical. 85 and less 12 hours later they told me it was only the fairings that would need replaced and there was nothing else wrong mechanically. Me trusting them because that's there job, what a joke. After finally getting new fairings and taking another look at the bike we realized there definitely was framework that was messed up. Moral of the story DO NOT, let me say that again DO NOT pay them to do anything to your motor toys. It could have been someone's life if it was worse.

I requested quotes from 3 Honda dealers. Briyan Hinshaw at Dick's Cycles contacted me promptly with the info I needed. I met with him later that day, he answered all my questions, I test drove the model I wanted, and we made a deal. I requested a few accessories and the work was completed the next day. I am very satisfied with the prompt & friendly service I received from Bryan & Dick's Cycles and look forward to many years of fun and service from my Honda Pioneer. PS - I never heard from the other two Honda dealers.

Call parts department, was told they were busy with customers and asked if I wouldn’t mind if they called back. I told them that would be fine. Gave them my name and phone number. Never got a call back. Even if what I wanted wasn’t much it still should of been addressed. Took my business to a different dealership, even if it is a further drive for me.
