I Made a reservation for a vehicle on Wednesday and the website worked great but that was about the only thing that worked like it was suppose to when dealing with the Sedalia Enterprise. Per the website I called ahead to arrange a pickup at my house to their office. What I got was \ We might be able to but then again we might not. We'll call you in the morning the day of your appointment and let you know.\ I never received that phone call. When I followed up I was given another vague answer of maybe. So I was forced to make other arrangements. When I showed up to pick up the car I was told that they had NO MORE Cars. Well what's the point of a reservation then! The rep that was there was no help either. He simply just repeated the line \We don't have a car to give you\ and never offered any help to fix this issue or make some arrangement. When I asked why I wasn't contacted if there was nothing available all I got was a shrug and a \I don't know\. Worst experience renting a car ever.

Quick and easy to pick up my rental car. Just surprised at the extremely small selection of all of their automobiles available to rent. Need more options when they are the only car rental place in Sedalia. Recommend checking out...

I missed my reserved time, so I ended up with a different vehicle.The vehicle was not clean as expected, I noticed this after I pulled off. Smelled like body odor, and there was blonde hair throughout, maybe from a dog. Was asked where I work, which never happened before. Was told if I was a housewife, that would be used. The gut himself was nice, but the lack of cleanliness and contradiction of the personal question was a turnoff.

I love having Enterprise within minutes of home. I’ve had one incident out of many that wasn’t great. Literally as I’m blocks away from picking up my rental only to get a call stating that my reservation was canceled due to no vehicle available. Terrible situation and I missed a important mandatory meeting. I would recommend Enterprise for all your vehicle needs!
