I am the absolute worst when it comes to getting blood work done! That being said they did amazing work!! Alex did the blood work out of my hand rather then arm(I find it less painful on my hand) most people won’t do this because they find it harder. He had no problem finding the spot and getting it on the first try(this never happens). If I could give 10stars I would! No doubt in my mind if I ever have to get blood work done again this is where I’m going. Thank you Alex!!!

Sedona Sweet Arts

I've had my blood work done there a few times. This morning I went in and told Kathryn that I bruise and last time I had a big bruise. She was very professional and used a butterfly needle. NO Bruise and no sore arm. Thank you Kathryn. I can't thank you enough. Sonora Quest Kathryn provided me with great customer service and reduced my fears. No bruising. Thank you!!!! I'd highly recommend Sonora Quest Labs & Kathryn. I can't wait to tell the my Doctor.

Horrible experience at this location today 12/13/19. The guy who says he has been working there for 3 months told the woman before me wrong information and then after waiting 45 minutes he couldn’t figure out how to bill my insurance. He had an I don’t care attitude and told me to come back when Alex was there. No respect for a patients time. Now I have to go to a different location based on his incompetence. Avoid this location. Also a woman came in at 10 till 3 and he said they stop taking patients at 2:45. So he sent her away. If your hours are say you’re open til 3 then take patients until 3! Unbelievable.

Called and left message on Dec 18---no return call. Called and left message Dec 19th --no call back. Went to lab Dec 19--no patients. I had called to see if lab order was received. Cody looked them up--received but diagnostic codes weren't correct--called Dr office twice---waited over an hour so I left without having blood drawn. The whole point of calling was to make sure lab request was ok. I asked Cody why he didn't return my call--he had NO ANSWER--said he's a traveling phlebotomist doesn't have to! Really ?? What a way to treat a patient! Inept!
