I needed my lenses placed higher and was told that wasn't the correct placement. I was trying to get the glasses to be angled so that the lenses' line was straight across and lined up with my pupils, and was told that the glasses weren't going to line up with my eyebrows. Their people crabbed about any customer request very politely and did what they wanted to do with the order anyway. So now I have to raise my glasses whenever I want to read, including trying to read the dash of my car. Not a lot of concern for customers with less than excellent insurance or the means to pay premium prices. Peggy L Tran

They took us in early even though we got there 20 minutes before they even open. Staff is very kind and friendly, welcoming too! Need your eyes checked go here, Cascadia Eye!

Impressed on the whole, but wish they were ahead of the curve on glasses styles. Some really cute style, but designed so only certain head types can wear them. Maybe offer longer arms so they fit, instead of only offer one length?
