I was there during the snowstorm on 1/18. I was dreading it because the clinics were closed. The wait was not long and they took care of my injury and I was out within an hours. Pleasantly surprised!

They took great care of me while I was there. Both my nurse and Dr. were great!! My nurse who I didn’t get her name (I wish I could remember her name ) was absolutely amazing and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and I was informed of what was going on with my care. Thank you to all the staff.

I was feeling very weak after having a CT scan. Walking to the exit by the ER. There were two young ladies, one was a nurse and the other one was a lady who manned the registration booth. They both jumped to my aid, getting a bottle of water and some crackers. Then when I was feeling up to it the lovely nurse pushed me in a wheelchair to my car which was parked on the other side of the lot. The staff at GRMC have always treated me with respect and kindness. It is nice that they go the extra mile. I really appreciate the little things they do to make your experience more comfortable.
