I was there for a simple lift gate handle repair. Tim was very prompt when I arrived. He said it shouldn't take long and it didn't. The only thing that really upsets me is my car was clean when I handed it over BUT when I got it back in the vehicle the driver's side floor mat was smeared with mud. What the hell? This was at dealership in the auto repair area. Where did the mud come from? Did the guy who brought my car up front, walk through the back forty before he got in my car?! Not amused at all. Great service up to that point. I will say something next time this happens and I have a feeling it will.

Very nice folks. I walked in to look at a Telluride because Consumer Reports gave it a very high score. I liked it very much and ended up buying one from Andrew. I jokingly said I wanted to trade in my toy hauler camper as well as my truck and he said sure, no problem. Seriously. So I ended up getting the best deal I could because I was upside down on the camper and the deal I thought was really good considering. Absolutely no complaints. Andrew worked hard for me with management to get the deal and I got a new car. Thanks Andrew.

About 2 years ago we had a situation with our door handle on the car couldn't get it to do it while we were there. Last week my wife broke the handle off the car completely when we went back to find out if the car was still under warranty they said it was out of warranty but because we were there for the problem two years before they honored the warranty on the item and replaced our door handle for free thank you Holly Kia. We love our 2016 Sorrento. This is our second Sorento and the youngest of the 4 Sorento's in the family. My sister's have the other 3 and two are over 100k miles the other is over 200k.
