Mark the owner is absolutely unqualified to be in the position as a contact for a management for a condo association. He has aligned himself with HAOs needs and done nothing for the peoples who pay his fees. He doesn’t stand up to HOA and refuses to answer owners questions. He misses Monthly meetings that he should be in charge of . He has refused to allow us to look at records that are legally protected for us to see. I hope he understands the legal ramifications he has played him self right into.please don’t participate with this company. As they have no sense of intelligence to even be a reliable advisory.

I am one of the new owners. I had the same horrible experience as others. Sent repair request, but never get back to me. Have to keep on calling them to push them to take the actions. Over one month past, nothing has been done. Let's take the effort to attend the next HOA meeting and vote to replace them.

They keep your records in a box..and if you have a question forget about it..they probably won't get back with you.... won't let you look at your records...as per the Michigan condo act.... I wouldn't let them manage a sandbox....
