This place is clean and safe but they kept dropping our military discount and it would take us a while to get it fixed and then kept raising our rent. Now when we are going to move out they refuse to give us money back if we move out early. So we are going to take our time moving out. I really liked this place but we cannot keep paying those prices. Especially if they are going to keep going up.

Rasheeda was so kind and helpful with my checking in/rental process. The unit is in a safe location and easily accessible, especially if one is moving via Uhaul. Great experience. Great people. Love the customer service. The staff worked with me to get me the best price and location of my storage needs. There is plenty of parking and the lot allow for the ease of backing a trailer or a large vehicle for loading and unloading.
