I simply love Abeer Correia, the General Manager at the Self Storage Plus location on Sudley Manor Drive. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and has a very pleasant personality! I was able to secure the right sized storage unit for my belongings during my move. The hours of operation are very convenient and the unit is very clean and is in a safe location. The monthly cost of the unit is very reasonable as well. I highly recommend Self Storage Plus!

Management was flexible enough to work out a disagreement with a recent and unexpected rate increase after I had been renting for about 3 months. Maintaining current customer satisfaction should be the aim for any business. It helps maintain loyalty and it's good word of mouth marketing when loyal customers are treated well because people recognize there are choices in the marketplace. Management was able to accomplish this by providing good customer service and resolution of the disagreement, although it did take a while and a few attempts for an email response. The facilities appear secure and environmentally-controlled storage units appear to be working well.

I am very happy with self storage it's right around the corner from where I live and I have my motorcycle in one of there units. I can walk or drive over there and ride my bike when ever I want. I did my shopping and it was priced right and easy payment setup.

Great storage facility, but they seem to raise there dues every year . Not fair to long term customers , But will keep using them for now .
