This was the easiest set up I could have asked for when getting a storage unit. I was able to call the customer service number and ask questions about sizing, pricing, and more. I then got to set up my payment and sign the lease virtually which was great given the current circumstances. Checking in was fantastic. Deb was working the desk and walked me through the process of how to get in and out, my code, the keys, and what to do when it comes time to moving out. I cannot recommend them enough! I’m very satisfied with the experience and the help I received over the phone and from Deb at the individual location.

I would not recommend this storage facility. The climate control aspect is questionable at best during the summer it was still pretty hot inside the facility. Also I discovered that you do not get service when you are inside the facility so I pray an emergency situation never happens or you would be out of luck. Another very important issue is that every few months they increase their price by 15-20 which is ridiculous yet they offer promotions to lure new people in to contracts. Stay away there are so many other self storage locations around here you do not need to use this one.

I have never had such a smooth transaction and more helpful employee than Deb. Not only did she explain everything to me in a clear and easy to understand way, she made sure that the unit I had purchased (which wasn’t the one I thought it was) would still work for what I needed it for. Most employees would say it would be fine or try and up charge me for a bigger unit, but Deb took the time to walk me to the unit first to let me see if it would work. Definitely recommend Self-Storage Plus to anyone who needs a self storage unit.
