My experience with Northeastern Fireplace was wonderful from start to finish. Brenda was wonderful and helpful by phone and email and John who came to check on my gas fireplace was terrific. He was quick, knowledgeable and clean. Both were professional and friendly. I am glad this business is here in case I have another issue with my fireplace and I would recommend them to anyone.

Just wanted to share a great great experience with my recent fireplace installation by Northeastern Fireplace . My showroom experience with Brenda was outstanding ask for her if you stop in . My gas insert was put in with care by the service men and cleaned up , they also took precautions and wore masks without me having to ask. I felt very comfortable with them I had shopped 2 other local companies and I’m just astounded . Thank you

ridiculous operation. I called for an appointment, sent pictures of a fireplace I needed to have the mantle lowered. They schedule a mason out a month from my call to take a look and the work would be scheduled for about 2 weeks after that. After waiting a month, the owner calls and says no one is coming, looks at the pictures (which he could have done a month ago) and starts to tell me it would be 2500-3k and the work could not get done for 3-4 months. Completely outrageous. Took several calls and emails just to get the worthless appointment that no one showed up for scheduled. Steer clear

Last week my husband and I had Northeastern replace interior single wall stove pipes, replace a window gasket and install a new chimney cap. The workers were efficient and clean and did an exceptional job. Of equal importance was that they returned all phone messages and appeared on time - checking by phone before arrival. I highly recommend this company.
