Well, after the hassle of putting my laptop into a box, driving to the post office, securing the package. I was offered 8 or if I didn't accept, I had to pay for shipment back. The computer's RAM was fine, there is gold in the computer, the DVD player worked fine, etc. I will be telling everyone I know of this place. It is a trap, this should be illegal. I wanted to get something for my computer, next time I will just go to the local computer store and sell the pieces.

FEEL LIKE I GOT ROB. When I was getting quotes for my watch, the smallest amount was for an acceptable watch was around 26. I'm not an expert on examining watches so I picked the highest quote and thought I'd get half or about 20 for the watch. Didn't know they were excepting a brand new un-open out of the box for that price from a two years old watch. I asked them to return my watch before any payment was send out but they wouldn't because \I\ selected the accept price, I didn't select either option. They had time to fix the problem but saw the opportunity to take advantage of me, and I could do anything about it. Sending me 4 so that they can say they \brought\ it. NO MEANS NO.

This is a dishonest company. The option to \automatically accept the price\ that they set is deceptive. DO NOT select this option, as this gives them freedom to set the lowest possible price and basically steal your device. The price range for a laptop ranges from 36-700, so even though my device was practically new and I should have received 600-700, they only gave me 175. I do not recommend anyone use this website. They also have no phone number to contact them, which is telling to their low value on customer service.

I sold a Dell laptop window 10 here with the offer of 127 in form of a check. When they received the laptop few pictures after inspection of my laptop were send to me that it’s got some scratch or whatever on it and was offered 52 instead by email, I was fine with the offer since its not as perfect product but when I got a check of 9.00 instead for a laptop I was blown away. Even I would expect a goodwill to sell if for 30 if nothing anyhow been contacting them to either return my item or pay me full as promised but they now say they never received it.. Awfully slow service won’t try to sell my item here again.

Scam.I have pictures of my ps4 that they claim they inspected and offered me half the price which is 80 dollars instead of 160.All these companies are the same and will not do business with again. They low ball you.
