We have been getting a berger box for almost a year now. At first delivery, but now I like to go into the shop. Nathan and his family go above and beyond. Most of the time their son helps me and boy is that kid sharp! Very very nice family all around and quality meats and eggs. Highly recommend

We have been purchasing our meat and eggs from Hershberger Heritage Farm for over 2 years and are so impressed with the quality, flavor, and variety. During the summer months, we join the CSA by buying a prepaid gift card and we make weekly selections at Blooming Glen Farm. Nathan is great about making recommendations for cuts of beef and pork that work well for grilling, crockpot meals, etc. We purchased our Thanksgiving turkey from Hershberger this year and our guests raved about the flavor. During the fall/winter months, we get bi-weekly Berger Box deliveries with a variety of chicken, pork, and beef to try...as well as the best eggs you will find! We enjoy the convenience of having the highest quality, LOCAL, pastured and grass-fed proteins delivered to our doorstep. As a Certified Health Coach, I know that the quality of the meat and eggs we feed our families is vitally important. We are so lucky to have a farm with such high standards in our local community. Nathan and Sheila are not only wonderful farmers, but truly nice people.
Terrible Service. Awful Business Practices. My little family and I stayed at the air b&b on this farm a few weekends ago. We had an okay time. Enjoyed not working for a few days. During our stay, and during the air b&b messaging conversation immediately after leaving the air b&b everything was fine. Nathan and Shelah did not mention anything about damages, things being ruined, or the space being filthy. However, a few days later when I left my review for the farm, I saw that they left an untrue and nasty review about me and my family. I have tried numerous times to talk to them and ask for photos they claim to have of the damage we caused. They refuse. These are not the kind of people you want to spend your money with. They are not good business people. Do Not Stay At Their Air B&B. Do Not Support This Farm. Nathan and Shelah, dont feel the need to respond to this review and try to save face either. I tried to handle this is a respectful manner but because you do not know how to be professional, I will take matters into my own hands. Good Day, Ruby Zulkowski
Our experience was not good especially with the blonde headed kid, it was our first time there & he basically was reprimanded us. Also my son Ordered 200.00 box & it was filled with bacon & not what he suggested. Furthermore, it's ok have tasted better at other local farms who are genuinely kind to there customers
Just took a trip to the farm to get a selection of meats and eggs. So glad we did. The meat and eggs are fantastic. The butchering of the meat is better than I have gotten anywhere else. We will definitely be back.
