They are very helpful to people who have disaibilities. They work with VR on helping try to match people with jobs they can do. I think we need more places like JCI

If I could leave a zero star review on this HORRIBLE COMPANY I would. This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. My fiance wasted over 6 MONTHS dealing with this company. My fiance has a disability and was treated HORRIBLE. This company is SO UNPROFFESSIONAL AND IF YOU WANT A JOB DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM and needs to be shut down. The staff is completely incompetent and rude. My fiance had an appointment with this company the past week and a staff member called him and told him that she had a doctor's appointment that was more important than his scheduled appointment with this company, TO GET A JOB. He started interviewing with VR and JCI in August 2018 . Today is January 29th 2019 and he still does not have a job. He went in for his appointment today and they made him go through another set of tests. They have tested him on EVERYTHING THEY POSSIBLY COULD. I do not understand why this company drags people along and makes them think they will get them a job. This company is full of liars and I'm truly appalled by this situation.

Information technology support is lacking. Substandard data entry system. Lack of support from upper management regarding daily IT difficulties with data entry system. Compliance department demands perfection but is never available when data entry system is malfunctioning. Responsibility for this lackluster data entry system is placed on staff who aren't IT experts, even though the company has an IT department.
