Everyone makes mistakes whether we want to or not it's going to happen. And sometimes depending upon the mistake it can cost us alot. I made a few and still to this day. But I will never forget my life changing moment when I stepped foot into Elwood Staffing. I owe so much gratitude for Tamara Jones. For believing in me, looking past my outer appearance and seeing a man who knows he mades some bad choices in life. And is ready to rectify his current situation. When you have been judged, looked down upon like you are nothing. Plus if you are like me a convicted felon. Job opportunities don't flow so easily as the wind blows for individuals like me. So thank you Tamara for putting me in a position to be a provider for my family. And Thank you Ms. Jackie for hiring such a wonderful way maker Tamara Jones.
