We used J&M to design, build, and now service our beautiful new pool. Michael’s design was spot on to what we were looking for. And he was right...what we saw in the design video is exactly what we got! Every time I look in the backyard I am still impressed with the end result. We love our pool area. And J&M’s service department is top notch! They answer our questions and keep the pool looking beautiful.

J&M pools just finished building our dream pool. Everything from the design with Cole and Joey to the build with the subs to the water conditioning and startup with Rich has been outstanding. Excellent communication and responsiveness with great attention to detail. We highly recommend J&M Pools.
From Start to finish, The renovation of my pool and backyard was a very pleasant experience. Tim Kennedy, did an amazing job as the project manager. Tim always was a text or phone call away, and he always kept us aware of the next step in the process. Jesus is a true master of his craft, he did an amazing job on all the paver, coping, and rock work. Well Done to the team at J&M pools!!
Excellent customer service! Richard came to do a clean up of our pool. We had algae and a lot of leaves and material that came out of the trees after heavy wind and rain storm. Rich did a great job getting the pool clean. Also balanced the chemicals the rain messed up. Water looks great and pool is very clean now. Enjoyed speaking with him. He’s very personable, and loved our dogs. Hope he is a regular on my route.
J&M won our business because of their level of communication on the project. They detailed how they would work with our yard and offered solutions to our budget and dream. Once we chose them we met our project manager Austin and he kept us up to date on each stage. He handled all of our questions and organizing so we could just sit back and watch our yard transform. I would recommend J&M and Austin to anyone I know. Really every J&M employee we have been in contact with has been amazing. From the excavator to the pool school lesson. Thank you guys for making our dream a reality!
