I have used this company in the past and thought they were a reputable and professional company. Unfortunately I was incorrect. I have never had any of their installers come to my home and in this case I had a few big install projects that had to be done onsite. This past time, they sent a worker to come to measure. Their employee stepped into my recently glazed bathtub to measure a window next to it. HE could have stepped behind the toilet bowl onto the floor and never placed his foot into the tub. Never the less, he did and did not remove his work boot or put anything down in the tub itself, newspaper, a paper towels, a garbage bag, a tarp, anything would have worked as a barrier from his boot and the white glazed tub. In not taking the proper care, he scratched the bathtub in 9 places. As you can see in the below photo all of the scratched are small and in one concentrated area, below the window that he was measuring and where his boot made contact with the tub. Accidents happen, I know this, however when I wrote an email to Daniel the sales person at Seoul Glass that I was dealing with explaining that their employee damaged our property when they were here taking measurements and I expect them to fix the error, the were completely unprofessional, called me a liar, etc, etc, etc. They of course have lost the job that they were coming to price out as well as any further business from me. I happen to own a business and if any of my employees were to damage a clients property while they were there working, in the exact area that they were working, I would absolutely take the blame, knowing that unfortunate things happen and remedy the problem. They did not do so. BE WARNED before letting this company into your home and knowing how they WILL NOT deal with a problem properly and professionally should one occur. It is BAD BUSINESS and very unfortunate.
They are very professional and work so hard to satisfy customers. I will definitely work with them next time!

If I could rate it zero stars I would. Horrible service, very rude. Dropped a window off early morning, they said it would be done by 5.ni came after 5 and they hadn't even started on it. Never again.
